The Alpamayor Hamlet construction project started in April 2020, in full containment, under the direction of Cogeco, a company based in Isère, which has several projects in the Alps.

In December 2021, the hamlet was fully decorated and ready to welcome its first occupants . All that remained for the happy owners was to finish decorating each chalet or apartment.
